Within a short time, we respond to schedule a virtual meet and greet and begin learning more about your vision. 

The virtual meet and greet provides us the opportunity to discuss your ideas, priorities and expectations. We evaluate site conditions, and identify opportunities and challenges that may affect the project. We want to clarify your goals, timeline and budget range while our team gathers information to move into the design and planning phase. 

This stage may include zoning research, reviewing the property's history, municipal requirements, and outlining the project program. The goal is to translate your vision into a clear roadmap that defines what will be built, how it will function, and constraints to consider in design work.

During design development, the ideas and goals discussed earlier begin to take physical form. Our team collaborates with architects, engineers, and design specialists to develop concept drawings, refine layouts, and select materials. The design evolves through several stages—from conceptual planning to detailed construction documents—ensuring the final plans are both functional and buildable. Throughout this process, the design and construction teams work closely together to ensure that creative ideas remain aligned with practical construction solutions.

Our team coordinates subcontractors, monitors schedules, manages materials, and oversees quality control to ensure the project is executed according to plan.
